Our staff must meet the following standards...

Child Care, Advanced Preschool, Infant Care

​Each of our staff members must have their degree in Early Childhood Education, or must be actively working towards their degree.  

Each staff member must have an outgoing, bubbly, energetic personality, and an obvious love for children.  

Each staff members must be affectionate and genuinely care about the feelings of our children, while also being capable of teaching them how to be respectful, cooperative, and well-mannered children.  

All day-time staff must be full-time, which means your child will have the same caregivers EVERY day!  Being with the same adults every day is so important, yet so hard to find in most child care centers.  

All of our staff must be CPR and First Aid trained, and 
also must complete 12 hours of Early Childhood training per year!
